Kansas Cty AeroSports is delighted to be working with the Citizen Potawatomi Nation's Annual FireLake FireFlight Balloon Fest scheduled to be held August 09-11, 2024 in Shawnee, OK. A limited number of commercial hot air balloon rides will be available so there is no time like the present to be sure you have a spot in one of the 25 balloon baskets that will be gracing the skies of central Oklahoma!

Rides are $300 per person. Please note that your total fee is a non-refundable you cancel or not show up for your flight by the designated check-in time. However, all fees will be refunded in full, if your flight is canceled by the event balloonmeister or your pilot due to unsafe conditions or inclement weather. In addition to our system's confirmation email, you will receive an email at the address you provide several days before the event with detailed instructions about where to park and check-in to receive your required boarding pass and pre-flight briefing.

Please note that all passengers must be at least 12 years of age, able to step up and into the basket with little or no assistance, and show a government-issued I.D when signing a liability release at check-in. Please dress as if you were going for a walk. This is a family event and we take safety as seriously as we strive for a fun and enjoyable experience.
